★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service person fought and prevented my friend from leaving the office very aggressive also for minor scratch charging 3000 riyals. Also when my friend is paying through card machine be is forcing him to say his pin number and saying this is because of covid when they themselves two young Saudi guys inside are not even wearing a mask we should have called the police because of their behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service EvEr ..Especially the guy named ***Abdulaziz*** Malaz office near to kuwaiti circle.
He gave me a car with too many noises ...Messaged him the same day that the car is making noises, he said remove the battery terminal restart and use it.. tried to return it..he said no..u have to Complete 3 days..
I have revised my comment ....
However when I went to return the car.. I was given a discounted price. they apologized and we're very good at treating... Respected Lady sits in the same office.. Very cooperative.. 5 stars to her and the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rent a old kia cerato for 3 days at first i was hesitant beacuse it was old but i have no choice beacuse i need car badly that day and also they promise to give me discount. As i return the car they said that the car have unusual noise and it cost me trouble they carge me 1500sr for ididnt cause that problem i was not new in renting car here in riyadh. These are there scheme to get money to a poor customer like me. Hope this serve a warning to those newbie in car renting be vigilant and to adhan higher management hope to riview your employees doing bad thing like this i will not suggest to rent car again to my friend in adhan car rental too much alibaba!!
