★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the 1st time I tried NLCO based on someone's recommendation and my experience was horrible. I went to Dabab Branch near BMW showroom and the customer service was very bad. The person in charge was very rude and even asked about my salary. On returning the car, he surveyed the car for 15 minutes to find out any scratches or anything to put blame on me. When he couldn't find anything, he asked for extra money saying I had taken 2 hours extra so I have to pay for 2 hours though I was delayed by half an hour. Still I paid extra for 2 hours. Moreover, when i left from there, I got a call from the same person saying that there is some problem in the car and you have to come back and pay extra money. This is totally ridiculous. Not recommended at all based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing well established rental company all cars in good condition reasonable prices compared to others 5 min you choose car and drive it Faleh and Abdullah Saudi staff friendly and efficient guys check car before and after in honesty way ..... no hassle at all .... am renting from them more than a year now never had any issues with them at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, I took car for a day, and return the car before 2 hours, when I returned person responsible he checked the car in front of me and told me all ok you can sit in office to close formalities, I waited there for 15min after that he come back and then he tells me their is scratch on back door handle and took damage expenses from. The back mirror inside the car was completely broken faced too much trouble during driving to look back.
