โ โ โ โ โ They took 45 days to deliver cargo from Riyadh, KSA to Abu Dhabi, UAE. The worst customer response.
They also missed one cartoon out of nine.
During my follow up they said that the shipment has landed in dubai, please contact XYZ number. First time I called he said I don't work for any cargo company. After speaking to BM cargo Riyadh, they again gave me the same number for the second time I called the same XYZ number he says, yes we have received your cargo it's in dubai We are waiting for a truck soon we shall send it to Abu Dhabi.
After a weeks the BM cargo person from Riyadh calls me and says, we are sending your shipment from Riyadh today evening and you shall receive it tomorrow please share the location on whatsapp. I sent my location details and mentioned that i have to recieve nine cartoons there was no response. When i reveived the shipment it was clearly written in the bill listing all the nine boxes and a breif abou the content however they had scratched one time and said only eight boxes.
When my family friend called them up after two days and asked about it, they say we have found the cartoon will send it in the next shipment to Abu Dhabi. Now when i call from Abu Dhabi they dont receive the call. When my family friend calls from Riyadh, they make false promises that it will be delivered in a weeks time.
I'm yet to receive the shipment.

โ โ โ โ โ i sent cargo on 29th feb to india but until now i cant track my no. and because of lockdown their office is closed but no one is not answering calls also now i dont know the status.
Atleast you should give some information about it.or link so i can track my file

Took around 2 months to deliver the cargo in India and when received, all the cartons were in wet condition. Almost all the stuff inside was either wet damaged or broken. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent cargo agency...save urself and ur stuff... Avoid using their services. Also lost 2 cartons

โ โ โ โ โ Worst cargo service. My parcel is stuck for more than 6 months. Every time I call the branch, they say that it is due to the pandemic. There is a guy working in lulu khurais branch called fahad who took my parcel and now he changed his mobile number.

โ โ โ โ โ I am having a bad experience with BM cargo. Wanted to send an Led TV to India and got picked it on 16/11/2020. They promised that the delivery is expected within 50 to 60 days maximum.
Its 80th day today and no proper confirmation from the company that when I can get my shipment.
The only answer they say to everyone which I heard is โ your shipment is stuck in Mumbai and may take time to clear. Why its struck ? No proper explanation.
Try to avoid this company for your shipment transfers
Update - 110 days completed now and still my cargo is not cleared. Pathetic company and donโt rely on them.
Update - 180 days now and same answer. Customs clearance pending in Mumbai.
They have no idea when this will get cleared

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience....the cargo took much more than they guaranteed. the packing was entirely poor even though they charged me 100SR extra for that... and the parcel was completely broken when i received...STAY AWAY

โ โ โ โ โ Very good cargo movers in Riyadh. Sometimes little late ship cargo. If your home in village must go and take your shipment near by town. Shipment Pickup in your door steps at Riyadh. I don't know about air cargo.
