★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a reasonably big supermarket. In this branch, you will find the electronics/ clothing and groceries sections on separate floors. Parking is not an issue if you go into the basement. In the basement, the mobile signals are extremely weak and you may find it difficult to open Tawaklana app which is needed to enter any supermarket. Overall, if you are looking for groceries, home electronics, kitchenware, toys, and clothes - you may visit this place and give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lulu - Where the world come to shop ! Really u could find almost everything there. They ve a Quality protocols, which reflects in the shop, products, staff and everything. The prices may a bit high compared to other's, but quality matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service keeps getting bad by the day. It seems that they are not taking care of their employees. The belt on the cashier is always broken so I have to.keep.pushing my items to the scanner manually. You can't find someone to ask if you needed help. For the prices they are charging they could do much much better on service. Not worth the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good place to visit for groceries and house hold items shopping. Good deals on electronic items also. Even the new restaurant and play area for kids have opened now. It has a beauty parlor, which even gives service for piercing and hair cut for kids. A new sparky (play area for kids) has been added to this place. Has gold and silver shops with additional cheap watches and imitation jewelry shops.
A great selection and offers on clothes and electronic items. Great collection of perfumes, cosmetics and clothes.
Most of the time it has good offers.
The staff is very supportive and respectful. It needs to have more staff for putting things in shopping bags at check out counters as they are rarely there and most of the time the customer has to bag his belongings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lulu is a great supermarket since I consider it as a one-stop supermarket which you can find any grocery stuffs you need. However, I was frustrated in this branch since it’s not complete compare to the Lulu Hypermarket Murabba branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and always well stocked. The Deli offers very tasty food at a low price. The rotisserie chicken is always a good choice because you can get a delicious cooked whole chicken for about the same price as buying it raw.

U will also find the kitchen tools.
Electrical machines and devices(u will find many brands choices cheap and expensive) .
Meet and sea food. Fruit and vegetables....
Prices are somehow good (I think it's the cheapest hypermarket in Riyadh)... And they always have good offers...
Quality of clothes is not that much.
But in general excellent experience.

I asked them an organic products that I'm looking for, then they easily find the items without hesitation, they're very kind, accomodating and hospitable.
They treated the customers with smile/sense and respect.
May they'll be stay working here and be a good example of their co-workers ??
