★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst delivery service in the area, I understand the situation and the crises issue the whole world are in to, but that doesn't gives them the right to be insufficient, they contact you ask for share location, and thats it NO shipment received, when we try to call them back, they will tell you 1. the information are wrong , 2. you can pick it up from ....3. they will waste your time on the phone , they are so proud of their apps and whatsapp, I tried both then..........No Comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the reception refused to take the shipment saying he has problems hearing the clients while he was talking on the phone !!! This was the second incident I faced with aramex this week.

Please do not chose such carrier. An absolute shame that lots of service have improved and this carrier keeps getting worse
Hopefully we will have much better alternatives so we avoid the worst company ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very bad service...they refuse to take our shipment because of printer problem only but of the saudi customer no problem,he dont know how to speak english..much better close the branch than to operate with this kind of service...bery disappointing
