Even though the call service if Aramex is very confusing, annoying and non responsive. I don't know my shipment will reach to me or not but the way the person help is very healthy and pleasent.

the toll free number is mostly not attended
even when connected thier customer service were not founfld of that level of professionalism
overall it is very bad
