They have good service and they are professional. The employees and the doctors are good how to handle my pets. I was shocked by the service they handle it quickly. the explain the condition of my cat and how to deal with it. They have housing for pets I leave my cat for 7 hours and they good take care of her. I recommend coming to this clinic they are professional and I love the staff and doctors, for me, I will come again thank you for a beautiful service.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. A puppy vomiting and diarrhea comes in and instead of taking blood tests, she's given oral medicine and X-rays. 3 days of no food and vomiting ans still the vet doesn't have anything helpful to say. This puppy has parvo virus and it's the first thing a vet should check with these symptoms. I'm sure they didn't even clean properly after the visit. This is the worst possible place to take your pet this is not a really vet.

Very helpful and nice staff, but when it comes to the showering team.. they’re so tuff and harsh when dealing with the cats, they’re literally holding the cats by their tails!!!

It is the worse clinic ever , I have Cat got some infection they diagnosed her with Calicivirus they admit her for almost 5 days with price of 1100SR and unfortunately my cat get worsened and probably wrong diagnosis since my cat was having bloody diarrhea probably it is parvovirus and unfortunately my cat passed away after 3 days of discharge from their clinic ,, very bad clinic be careful to get cats or whatever of animal type to them

I came here just because it’s near to my house but in general it’s not the best place to take your pet to nor to buy products as their prices are higher than usual! Diffidently not coming back

First of all prices are extremely high, treats for the pets and toys are sold damaged. customer service isn't the best they are unorganized and the place isn't clean. second of all while bathing my cat they were cruel and they used a damaged mechanical shaver for him and when they were done my cat looked horrible. it was like someone just snatched parts of his fur off , they tried to use human products on him such as baby powder and and Bath and bodyworks perfume!!!!! such a horrible place.

EDIT: Unfortunately Dr. Noor and Amal left the clinic… Ok I’ll start by saying that this review is solely based on what I personally experienced for the past few months dealing with Bells clinic. It could be a bit harsh but thats what these places need to develop their services better. First visit: A few months ago I took my 2 months cutie kitten to bells Clinic for a check up and to give her the first vaccine + de-wormer. Dr. Amal started the check up, she seemed knowledgeable, however I felt that the check up was very very rushed considering you’ll pay 50SAR for it. I also noticed that she was a bit impatient with my little kitten because she was trying to run away.. which is understandable she’s still a baby but it was strange to see the vet acting like this. My kitten weight was low so they only gave her half a pill of the dewormer. I told them i’ll give her the second half later. 12 days later, I was about to give her the second half of the pill but luckily I noticed that the date expired. I was truly frustrated that nobody there checked on the expiration date… Second visit: After I noticed that the dewormer pill was expired.. I immediately took my kitten to the clinic and met Dr.Amal again. She was about to give her another expired pill! I told them to check the date and they found out all the pills at that time were expired. She kept apologizing and thanking me that I made them notice that…weird huh! Anyway while Amal was checking my kitten another guy who was the receptionist (I don’t know his name) came inside and started touching my cat without gloves!!! This was very unprofessional. Going around the clinic touching people pets without gloves will definitely spread fleas, or even fungal infections!!! He also has a dog which he always set loose in the clinic which is unhygienic to say the least! Some people do not like dogs or even scared of them. Third visit: My third visit was with Dr. Noor. I have no complaints here. She is great with animals and knows her stuff. She gave my cat the boost vaccine. Luckily I had no problems this time. Fourth visit: It was with Dr. saad. I took my cat to give her the rabies vaccine + de-wormer. My cat was very fidgety so he had a really tough time handling her, but to be honest he was gentle. However, this time Dr. Saad gave my cat a liquid de-wormer different from the pill, My cat vomited because of it, Her mouth and neck was literally filled with it. I told him is this normal and he said yes! I really don’t think this is normal. I think that the way he gave her the medication was wrong. I told him who will clean my kitten and he said i’ll ask them to give her a dry bath, but only the areas which were not clean because of the medication. I accepted.. the groomers took my cat, honestly they did a terrible job, my cat wasn’t clean I feel like they didn’t do anything.. Prices: First vaccine: 200SAR Second: 180SAR Rabies: 150SAR Dewormer pills: 40 Dewormer liquid: 50/60 I forgot. Conclusion: The idea of having a dog roam freely around the clinic is unhygienic and should not happen. I understand some clinics abroad do this, however they maintain an exceptional hygiene standard. Nobody should be touching pets around the clinic without gloves to avoid cross contamination. I personally don’t like the attitude of the guy working in the store front, maybe a course in dealing with customers is necessary. Some doctors there are good and some are absolutely bad and should not deal with animals. The guy who does the grooming service should be replaced immediately, I literally heard one of the doctors say he even has allergies from cats. Plus, he is very rough with cats while shower and drying them. So why is he employed to do this!! The other stuff they sell are a bit overpriced compared to some pet stores. I give them 2 Stars only.
