★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Dua saw my cat, treated him and after just 3 days he was almost back to normal after having went missing for several days returning with injured paws. Dr. Dua was kind, pleasant and very patient and gentle with my very scared, hurt cat. The clinic was clean and organized. The staff were nice as well and the prices were pretty reasonable. The initial fee for examination and treatment was about 85sr for my cat. There were other fees as well due to my cats condition but that was to be expected. After isha on weekdays are very busy. Overall highly recommend

They did great prices, that is big plus, but instead of something nice - a lot of people now there and result - vets checking up very fast, not caring like before about animals. Wrong diagnoses, no care, vaccination and deworming doing assistant, not vet. Assistants didnt check animals for health before vaccination.... so bad clicin now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they called me, the vet had me waiting inside the room for a long time while chatting with another client. When he finally came, he treated me with a bad attitude!! I didn’t even complain about having me waiting for long time, he never apologized for that and he was the one who got mad !!!
Respecting clients and their time is the first block of any successful business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my cat has wound to her belly it was cut deeply and its really open she was feeding her kittens to make story short I brought it to them for operation and they asked me 650 Sr so they operated her and the next day I took my cat again. I bought all the necessary things so she wouldn’t lick her belly. The next day her wound is open again so I decided to treat her myself. What I regret bringing my cat to them is my cat now has fungus and her hair is falling off due to her constant scratching. She doesn’t have that before I brought it to them. She got it because she stayed there for 24 hours and when I took her the assistant there put her in different cage.so don’t bring your pet there for treatments or else they will get worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Vet I ever visit in my life. Here you can find understanding for the pet and the human. Meanwhile I had been there with 3 different cats in 3 different cases and all of them did well after, with one the life was saved.
Also the prices are fine, actually with a tendency to be too low but anyway, when you looking for excellent treatment on your animal this will be the first choice

Staring with one star … and will keep the same till my cat is fully recovered .so far this is the second visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is awesome!! Dr Doaa Salam is so sweet, friendly, and helpful. I could not have picked a better veterinarian for my rescue cat and her kittens.
I went without an appointment so I waited a bit before getting seen but I was grateful.they were able to get my cat in. But it's probably best that you set an appointment.
Fees are affordable and the location is easy to get to.
I cannot rave about the place enough. Take your pets here !!!
