★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry I Can't say that elite is one of the best :( because IT IS THE BEST Veterinary Clinic in Riyadh . I think that what I say in this regard is uncontroversial because I have been a dog breeder for 15 years and have two Husky dogs and a Himalayan cat in my house now, Elite offers you value and a distinguished professional service equal to the amount they demanded.
They saved Snoopy's life with sympathy, thank you ALL

Other wise the grooming service is great.

I’m glad the management read the reviews and brought better front office personal.
Batool was very helpful from the moment I came in till I left with my dog.
My appointment was set and she explained the services well and cared for my dog very well. Thanks to her I’ll be coming back to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They misdiagnosed my cat and gave him unneeded medications. He is now constipated because of these medications. Never never take your pet their. I read the reviews and I was hesitant I wish if I listened to the reviews. I paid 1000 SAR to get my cat sick?I feel guilty seeing him in pain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have high hope in management and I hope they read the reviews and do something about it. We admitted our cat first because she was pregnant and they have informed us they needed to operate on her because the kitten she was pregnant with is dead (they operated and the kitten was alive). After her surgery she came home with a fungal infection. If we would have not listen the cat would have gave birth naturally, and would have avoided the infection on the two cats we had at home. Fungal infections are serious and contagious to human!! We also went to them to treat the cats and they have charged us. I have to say the dr we met in our last visit (I dont know his name) was nice and friendly and he knew what he was doing. It is not a cheap place and for the amount you are paying you would expect a better service and better staff. It is very emotionally and financially draining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trust them with me cat grooming, and they never disappoint. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. One of the best vet in Riyadh, but they are a little expensive. Overall your per will be in good hands with elite clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to them since 2018 and never had a problem. Almost 1 month ago, I took my cat to be groomed there and she ended up catching some skin fungus. No apologies from them, or anything. They did tell me to call a number for complaints. Not coming back here!

My dog injured and I took her to this clinic which they charged me 180 SR for the consultation and 2300 SR for the surgery. (Usually consultation included with surgery but they charge for every think, expensive and not fair)
They told me to come after two weeks to check on the injured, guess what? They charge us again 180SR for the consultation, and the injure was infected very badly. When I told him why he lied about he told us to use something on the injury which de didn’t.. any ways the story is very long and sadly my dog is in bad health now, I don’t think she will make it because of them.
I was going to warn you about this clinic but i think the other bad comments are enough to understand what are u gonna to have. I wish I read it before I went to them..
Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been taking my dog here for a couple of months and even had him neutered there, so far they’ve been great. The appointments are flexible and the staff is very friendly. Be mindful that their prices are higher than other clinics and they do charge a premium for their services and prescriptions but their service is good and the place is always clean and welcoming to your pet.
