خدمة جداً سيئة
I am a Tamayouz customer and I have not seen anything worse than this branch of Banque Saudi Fransi. The employees deal with the mentality of a government employee, not a private sector

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بنك نظام قديم ولا يرد على الهاتف وي شي تبغاه لازم تزور الفرع. والفروع فقط 3 فروع في القصيم
لانصح في التعامل معه من ناحية القروض عند تسديد القرض فيه رسوم على فسخ العقد او كسر العقد لم اتبلغ من الموظف عند توقيعي العقد
The bank is an old system and does not answer the phone. Anything you want, you must visit the branch. And branches only 3 branches in Qassim
I would not advise dealing with him in terms of loans when paying the loan. There are fees for rescinding the contract or breaking the contract. I was not informed of the employee when I signed the contract.

الموظفين تعاملهم لبق لكن خدمه العملاء موظف واحد فقط واربع مكاتب خاليه المعامله البسيطه عندهم تاخذ ساعه ونصف والخدمات بالموقع متعطله دائما سيء للاسف
Unfortunately the service is very poor
The staff treats them tactfully, but the customer service is only one employee and four offices are empty. The simple treatment they have takes an hour and a half and the services on the site are always down, unfortunately.
