طلبت تبديلها رفض المكتب
هذا غير سعرهم المبالغ فيه
وبعد جهد و واسطات اخذوها و باعوها على عميل اخر لكن رفضو ترجيع كامل المبلغ الي دفعته ((مع العلم انهم باعوها على عميل اخر بسعر اكثر من التكلفه))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة تعاني من عجز في العاملات وتوهق العملاء بعد ماتاخذ الفلوس كاملة .. تعاملت مع هذي الشركة مدة ٣ اشهر كانت العاملة ممتازة ثم جددت عقدي والعاملة طلبت السفر لدولتها لانتهاء مدة عقدها مع الشركة .. وجددت ٣ شهور جديدة وجابوا لي عاملة كبيرة جدا في السن قالوا فقط لمدة شهر وبتروح .. وفعلا العاملة طلبت السفر وسافرت .. وباقي في عقدي شهرين ووعدوني يجيبون بديلة وانا حتى الآن انتظرهم من حوالي ١٨ يوم وماجابوا لي .. و رقمهم الاساسي في الرياض صاروا مايردون علي .. او الرقم مشغول .. وكل ردهم في مكتب بريدة ان شاء الله وأبشري بدون تحديد ولا موعد تقريبي لارسال عاملة .. مع ان الدفع مقدما والمبلغ موجود عندهم .. يفترض ان المكتب عارف مواعيد انتهاء عقود عملاؤه ويعرفون تواريخ انتهاء عقودهن حتى يودونهن لعملاء آخرين .. صراحة الوضع صعب جدا .. لا يقدر الواحد يستاجر من شركة ثانية لان حسب كلامهم بتجي .. والمبلغ كبير مرة الي اخذوه .. مو معقول الواحد بيدفع كل هذا ولا يلقى خدمة زينة ..

Only for a month and she goes ... and the worker actually asked to travel and traveled..and the rest of my contract is two months, and they promised me a replacement. So far, I have been waiting for them for about 18 days and they answered me..and their main number is in Riyadh, they are not answering me ... or the number is busy..and all their response is in Buraidah office, God willing, and glad tidings without specifying nor approximate date for sending a worker .. even though the payment is in advance and the amount is available to them .. It is assumed that the office knows the expiry dates of its clients ’contracts and knows the expiry dates of their contracts so that they want them to other clients .. Frankly, the situation is very difficult .. He cannot One hires from a second company because according to their words, you will come ... and the amount is large once they took it ... It is not reasonable for one to pay all this and not receive a favorable service ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة سيئة جداً جداً جداً جداً جداً بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه.. متحسفه اني أخذت منهم.. تعامل سيئ وعاملات اسواء وقليلات أدب ولا يخافون من الشركة ابدا.. موقعه عقد سنتين معهم و أخذت وحده جلست عندي ست شهور وقبل رمضان بيوم اضربت ماادري وش السبب ؟! طلبت بديله واعطوني بعد شهر يعني جلست شهر رمضان بدون عامله للأسف الشديد واللي عطوني اياها ماتبغي تشتغل نهائي من اول يوم دخلت البيت وتتنرفز من اي عمل اطلبه منها وبعد اسبوع رجعتها وطلبت بديله والان لي شهر ونص انتظر ولاحس ولاخبر.. حتى اتصالاتي مايردون عليها.. استخفاف بالعميل ومماطله..
A very, very, very, very bad company with all the meaning of the word.. I regret that I took from them.. Even my calls do not respond to her.. Underestimating and procrastinating the customer.
