★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة عملاء سيئه... انتظرت ساعه كامله في الانتظار في الاخير خرجت بدون طلب خدمه تجربه سيئه لن تتكرر.. الموظف يتناقش مع العميل لمدة ساعه؟؟
Bad customer service ... I waited an entire hour waiting in the end. I went out without requesting a service. Bad experience that will not be repeated .. The employee talks with the customer for an hour ??

اما الخدمات المقدمة سيء جدا لا يوجد الا صرافه واحد فيه كل الخدمات الايداع وطباعة البطاقات والكشوفات وغيرها ودائم هناك انتظار عندها سواء ليل او نهار

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيت بعد الظهر وقالت الموظفه ما نقدر نخدمك الان متاخره مع العلم باقي 3 ساعات على نهايه الدوام !! وحده مشغوله بعميله والثانيه تسولف مع عميله اخرى !
I came in the afternoon and the employee said, "We can't serve you now. It's late, knowing that there are 3 hours left until the end of work!!" One is busy with his client, and the second one is procrastinating with another client!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة سيئة جدا جدا جدا لا يوجد إلا موظفين اثنين فقط في خدمة العملاء و لي أكثر من ساعة كاملة الآن أنتظر، الشيء الي أعجبني تعامل موظف واحد و الديكور
لن و لن و لن أفكر في هذا البنك مرة أخرى

سيئ سيئ سيئ جداً راجعت بنوك عدة لم اجد خدمة سيئة مثلهم للأسف مافي احترام للأسف مماطلة وتلاعب بالعميل لايوجد محاسبة ترفع شكوى ولا مترفع يماطلون بك لين تمل وتبي الفكة منهم الكلام هذا كله على فرع النساء
