الموظفه تعطي الرقم المحلي للتواصل معها
الرقم المحلي يوجه استفسارك للرقم الموحد
الرقم الموحد يوجهك لزيارة البنك لاجابة استفسارك لعدم وجود بيانات العقود لديهم
تروح للبنك يقولون لك ليش جيتي إتصالك كان كافي للرد عليك!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ برمضان مايفتح الا ١٠ والموقع المواعيد فاتحه ٨:٣٠ يعني انا جيت ٨:٣٠ وحاجز موعد عن طريق الموقع وتكيت ساعه ونص انتظر يفتحون سوء فالترتيب والابلكيشن حقهم تعليق خيالي
In Ramadan, it only opens at 10, and the site. The appointments are open at 8:30. I mean, I came 8:30 and booked an appointment through the site. I waited an hour and a half.
