★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - خدمة العملاء بطيئة جدا
- العميل تقريبا يظل ساعتين منتظر مابين المواقف وداخل البنك حتى بحين دوره رغم ان العملاء لايتعدون خمسة داخل الفرع
- مدير البنك لم يكن متواجد فترة تواجدي للأسف
- موظفو خدمة العملاء ليسوا على دراية كاملة بجميع منتجات البنك خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالبطاقات الإئتمانية - شكوى على بطاقة -
- موظف الأمن متعاون جدا ومنظم نشكره على ذلك

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ابطء بنك فالتعملات بطيء جداً جداً و خدمة سيئ للاسف بنك الجزيرة له سنين على دا الحال بطيء جداً و تعامل الموظفين سيّء كانو يتمنن عليك بالخدمة مافي اخلاص فالعمل للاسف ولا رقابة عليهم قفلت حسابي وتعاملاتي معهم نهائياً من كتر ما مليت من تعاملهم البطيء والبدائي….عشان بس استلم بطاقة صراف جديدة انتظر ٣ سعات في كل مره و مافي زحمة ولا في انتظار بس سوء ادارة شغلة مهي مستاهلة يلطعوك الين تمل وتمشي فرع تاني وتلاقي نفس السياسة ونفس الاسلوب للاسف شي ممل صراحتاً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا يعتبر الفرع الرئيسي للجزيره ويوجد قسم للنساء ... يعني عندك موضوع كبير تعال هنا وريح دماغك من الفروع الثانيه... لان كل مارحت فرع ابغى شي قالو ماعندنا نماذج الا في الرئيسي .. وبرضه نخبة الموضفين هنا حتى الامن تم اختيارهم بعنايه

و الفرع قفل الساعة 3:45 م
وانا عند الفرع عندي شغلة ضرورية مافتحولي الباب
زرتهم ثاني يوم ،،، قاعد نص ساعةض ولسه الزبون جالس عند موظف خدمة العملاء الخدمة بطيئة جدا جدا ، وفي النهاية ماخذموني بعد ذا الانتظار يقلك مايطلعو بطاقة صراف بدل فاقد
