Worst bank in Middle East. Online banking is a joke, corporate online banking even more of joke. OTP randomly works, tokens randomly works. You would think a bank with this much capital would have a functional online presence but no. Security is flawed I used otp multiple times and it worked. Don’t waste your time with such dysfunctional bank that has the worst customer service in the Middle East.

Very worst service , Please don’t use this bank , I took a car loan and paid all loan without even a single hour delay . I’m trying to do my car transfer with them they are giving me very hard time . I want to go on final exit and I ask for a transfer to another buyer The Emirates NBD bank cheating , very bad in service theEmirates NBD all are cheaters and looters and simply they kept the request and keep saying come after two days all time Now I have submitted the request on 2-March-2022 and until today I’m visiting bank and all requirements mentioned by the bank , is clearly done but the banks still today no updates and now date 02-April-2022 Still the bank is not done anything and because I’m not able to travel on final exit

An extremely disappointing experience at the bank. Person manning the reception was at all not helpful. Further, the Customer Care section is practically non-existent. Standard reply on the Customer Care Helpline is "Google the required information"!!!! If the standard reply is to "Google", what is the Customer Care for?
