للأمانة استقبال رجل الأمن ولا اروع ربي يسعده.
لكن موظفة خدمة العملاء دايما مكشرة ولا تعرف تشتغل وترمي غلطها على الكل. لما ادارة البنك اذا كان عندهم حس بالمسؤولية ومتابعة رضى العميل ليه العميل سحب كل فلوسه وراح بنك ثاني وقتها لازم اتجاوبيهم.
 The branch even had one star unworthy of it.

But the customer service employee is always grumpy and does not know how to work and blames everyone.
