K	Karim Chehayta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I keep using this hotel everytime I visit Jeddah. Very convenient, within all budget, middle of the city, with friendly staff. They have a nice pool, gym, and even business center for your meetings.

Second, I gave 2 stars only b/c when I first checked in, I waited 2 hrs to get the A/C fixed bunt not. They moved me to another room after my insists. Bad room sizes Kitchen prices are so expensive Delay on all services What I can still mention!!! At all bad experiance to stay here.

E	Eagle Eye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole stay was amazing. I was really impressed with everything. The receptionists were so professional and other workers. However, as I believe that the review is important, I noticed a few things. First is that the telephone rings everyday in the afternoon and no one is on the other end. Secondly, I found it hard to sit in the area right in the front of the reception because it was full of mosquitos. Another thing is that before I arrive to the hotel at 10am I tried to call to check availability but no one had answers! Also I heard the word ‘self-service’ when I asked for help with my luggages and thought this doesn’t suit a decent four stars hotel. Finally, it would be great to add a collection of shampoo, shower gel, comb and shoeshine…. in every room.

I was also impressed the humbleness and servitude by the Room Boy Mr Misbahhudin. Although he couldn’t speak well ij English his actions were a good gesture of his desire to give the best service to his guest. I was surprised when he gave me a “gift” before leaving the hotel. I definitely want to come back and stay at Ibis again and again.

Be it the staff at the reception, restaurant, housekeeping... the whole team was excellent and gave a superb hospitality during my stay and I cannot imagine staying elsewhere during my future trips to Jeddah!

They told me that there is nothing available now except for some items and the price is very high than usual, but you have a talented and professional employee in dealing with a very great deal who made me feel safe and attracted me that when I arrived in the room !!! she call asked me !!! if it was suitable? And I asked her for some things and she arrived and called to make sure she arrived!!!!!! Amazing!!! Real so interesting. Very rare, I want to thank ( SHOROK ) , receptionist, and when I read the comments and people's comments, I saw that the majority were impressed by her. Good luck. It was a very wonderful and comfortable stay, and its location is very excellent, but this is a sincere message

Regarding morning breakfast starts from 7 till 10:30am a wide variety of food choices and you’ll enjoy it. The service guys are friendly and helpful too. I ordered once pepperoni pizza and didn’t like it but overall experience was very good! All the best??
