★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking to one of their products, and the sales person who was with us, continued talking about with us for a while, and when we decided to purchase, he just disappeared due to pray time, without informing us or excusing himself.
And we started searching for him in the place and no one was there, then we ask the cleaning boy, to ask someone to help us, and when he found some other salesman, he informed us immediately that what’s we want is sold out.
What a waste of time and bad customer service

المعرض سمعته سابقاه من الإمارات. للأسف التعامل مع مندوب المبيعات في المعرض من أسوأ. أتعاملت مع فهد و محمد عبده.
After taking pictures of items I selected on the second floor, and showed it to Fahad, the sales representative at the store to let me know how much are they after the discount. He asked me to get him the codes for the items. Eventually, he went upstairs and got the codes and showed us the original prices and got us a calculator and asked us to calculate the 30% off offer for each item. As he claimed that the place was busy and needed to attend to other customers. He had no interest in helping us in providing details of the items selected and was not attentive nor was he concerned about customer satisfaction whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ since 4 years and no proper website yet ! even during the epidemic they wanted us to contact them through whatsapp !? not sure how they still surviving while me and my family very good customers from Bahrain branch and Hittin aswell but sad with the operation management on how slow to innovate … i hope the main owners of Marina consider this
