the team has left the order on the door after being late. They are unreachable and haven't been in touch. Contacted your customer service to no avail. Did not expect such disappointing service from #HomeCentre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience today was very bad for the Home Centre in Dome. We bought a bean bag 4 months ago. I brought the bill in the Shukran app. The bean bag seam was torn, while there was very little use of the bag and zero jumping or other kids activities. Despite that, the shop manager did not accept returning this article. First she did not want to accept the receipt in the Shukran app, only in paper, then she said they do not have that product. Finally she referred me to calling customer relations next day instead. We spent in that shop around 5000 SAR and this is their customer treatment in return. We will never return again. If you absolutely have to go to Home Centre, choose the one in Mall of Arabia instead. They have nice, polite, and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place to buy household furniture and accessories from beds, sofa, dining table, chairs, rugs, plates, cutlery, pans, clocks, decorations etc. Centre point for children clothes, toys, car seats, cycles and accessories. Similarly for adult clothes and shoes. Really good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed by the customer care and after sales services. Bought complete bed set, dining set and sofa set from Home center.
After several months of complain through their helpline, emails, twitter etc still received no support. They visited house for inspection once and replace mattress but after that no response received. Total rubbish service, don't buy any furniture from them...

COMFORT Orthopedic 180x210 Mattress with a 6-year warranty: After a few months of use already mattress is totally deformed and sagging in the middle. This is happening even after frequently changing the sides (as recommended on the mattress itself) and even after using a home center mattress topper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible experience ever! I ordered a bedroom set and a mattress delivery time and coordination was not organized properly. On top of that the Home center team delivered products without installing them, promising they will come next day to install. On the next day no one showed up, no one called and I have been chasing since then. Worst experience ever when you compare to home center competitors locally, would advise to spend a bit more or less with local competitors to get a better service.

They provide great variety of furniture. However, what they’re lacking is the shopping experience. You’ll face yourself in front of a collection of furniture. You’ll have multiple questions about it and you’ll not get your answers because there are no employees covering.
Eventually, i keep coming to this place because of their great prices compared to other places.
