★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة العملاء بطيئة جداً موظف واحد فقط .. مع العلم انه لا يوجد زحمة في هذا الفرع الا انك ستحتاج اكثر من ساعة ونصف لانهاء اي اجراء!!!
لا يوجد اجهزة استخراج بطاقة صراف أسوة بالبنوك الاخرى باقي هذا البنك عايش في حقبة التسعينات.
ويقولك (ابشر بعزك)?
 Customer service is very slow, only one employee.. knowing that there is no crowd in this branch, but you will need more than an hour and a half to complete any procedure!!!
There are no ATM card extraction machines, like other banks, the rest of this bank lives in the nineties era. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

قسم بالله فرع وخدمه تتعجب انها مازالت موجوده في وقتنا الحالي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ فرع تجديد بطاقه اقل شي ساعه ونص الى ساعتين وممكن اكثر مع انه لا يوجد زحام
The worst branch for renewing a card is as little as an hour and a half to two hours, and possibly more, even though there is no crowding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ بنك مر عليا رجعني عشرين سنة لورا واحد خدمة عملاء اكثر من ٤٥ دقيقه واحنا ٣ اشخاص والله اني لو اعرف انه كذا ما كان جيته عطلني كثييير لو في اقل من نجمة كان اعطيته الله المستعان بس
The worst bank I've been through took me back twenty years, Laura one, customer service more than 45 minutes, and we are 3 people. I swear to God, if I knew that this was the case, it wouldn't have stopped me so much. If there was less than a star, I would have given it to God, the helper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه سيئه جدا جدا جدا وأرجو من إدراة البنك اما ان تزلم الموضفين بان يكونو أصحاب امانه ويدون وجابهم علا اكمل وجه او توضف منهم اناس مستحقه وفيهم النشاط والقدرة في العمل... لان الخدمه الذي تقدم مره بطيئه جدا جدا جددا ولا ادري ليش إدارة البنك لم يكن لديه رقابه علا الموضفين لمذا لم تتحدث الى الموضف حين تراه بطيئ في عمله
و يخلص العملا لديه في وقت زهيد..
وليس يترك الآخرين علا كراسي الانتضار لسعات طويله.. بمان انه لم يوجد أي هناك حركه او انزخام. في العمل..
