★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من افضل الشقق المفروشه اللي سكنة فيها نظافه وموقع مميز للمتسوقين والمراجعين لمستشفى الحبيب وقربها من الحسون سنتر تروح له مشي وايضاً قربها من جامع النصيان يقام فيه صلاة الجمعة وكذلك مطعم الرومانسية قريب جداً ووصول الطلب بسرعه انا اخذت غرفتين وصاله ودورتين مياه اعزكم الله بسعر ٤٠٠ ريال.
 It is one of the best furnished apartments in which it is clean. It has a great location for shoppers and visitors to Al Habib Hospital. It is close to Al-Hassoun Center for walking. It is also close to Al-Nasyan Mosque where Friday prayers are held, as well as Al-Romansiah Restaurant is very close, and the order arrived quickly. I took two rooms, a hall and two toilets, God bless you, at a price of 400 riyals.

مايزعجونك ابد انا استاجرت عدة شقق يتصلون علي الساعه 1 الظهر وانا نايم يقولو بتجدد اولا؟؟ المهم شقق اريف مايتصلون عليك الا الساعه 3 بعد ماتفلل نوم? باذن الله لي ثاني تجربه عندكم والايجار اقل 190
One of the best apartments in Buraydah, Mashallah, and they serve you
They never bother you. I rented several apartments. They call me at 1 pm while I'm sleeping. They say to renew first?? The important thing is Aref apartments, they don’t call you until 3 o’clock after you have fallen asleep ? God willing, I have the second experience with you and the rent is less than 190

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خيار مميز للسكن في بريدة، قريب من مكتبة جرير ومستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب. موظفي الاستقبال متعاونين جداً، مستوى نظافة الغرف جيد، ويتوفر في الموقع كوفي شوب.
A great option to live in Buraydah, close to Jarir Bookstore and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital. Reception staff are very helpful, room cleanliness is good, and there is a coffee shop on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع الفندق جميل قريب من المول ومن مكتبه جرير ومن مستشفئ الحبيب وحوله مطاعم ومحلات وجنبه مسجد بالنسبه للفندق نظيف جدا المفارش كذلك ودورات المياه نظيفه
طلبنا سرير اطفال ووفروه لنا بس عيبه الوحيد فيه ريحه في المطبخ متعبه الصراحه .. اكرر الزياره ان شاءالله

طاقم الاستقبال والعاملين بشكل عام كان ممتاز ✅
مساحة الغرفه ونظافتها ممتازة ✅
الخدمة سريعه رغم ان الشقق كانت فُل ✅
عند الاستقبال فيه ضيافه عباره عن قهوه وتمر ✅
لكن يعيبها العوازل سيئة جداً تسمع اللي فوقك واللي تحتك يسمعك يعني تضطر كل شوي تطلب انهم يقصرون اصواتهم وحتى تحركاتهم وتسحيب الاثاث كل شي مسموع ❌
الجهه اللي بالخلف من الشقق كان فيها رائحة وطلبنا نقل ومن بكرا نقلونا على الجهه اللي عند الاستقبال ..
( فيه جهتين )..
فيه ابواب بين الغرف وهذي بالنسبه لي تخترق الخصوصيه ل الشقق اللي جمب بعض لاان الصوت يمشي على طول ..
تقييمي بشكل عام ك شقة مفروشه واول تجربه لي كانت جيده جداً لاان كان عندي تصور ان الشقق المفروشه سيئه وغير نظيفه .
About a week's experience.
The reception staff and staff in general were excellent ✅
Room size and cleanliness is excellent
The service is fast even though the apartments were full ✅
At the reception, there is a hospitality that is coffee and dates ✅
But the fault of the insulators is very bad. You hear what is above you and what is below you can hear you. I mean you have to ask that they shorten their voices and even their movements and pull out the furniture, everything is audible ❌
The back side of the apartments had a smell and we asked for a transfer, and from tomorrow they moved us to the side at the reception..
(It has two sides).
There are doors between the rooms, and this for me penetrates the privacy of the apartments that are next to each other because the sound is walking along..
My evaluation in general as a furnished apartment and my first experience was very good because I had a perception that the furnished apartments were bad and unclean.

يقدمون القهوة والتمر عند مدخل الشقق وهذا يشكرون عليه?
موظفو الاستقبال محترمين
النظافة ٨/١٠ حيث توجد بقايا شعر بالحمامات والعمال بحاجة للتدريب
لايوجد عامل لتحميل الشنط !
تنقصها الأدوات الصحية من فرش اسنان وأعواد تنظيف
مواد النظافة (الصابون والشامبو) ذات جودة سيئة low quality
الغرف بحاجة لأي جهاز تسخين سواء عين كهربائية او ميكرويف
رائحة الطبخ (المحترق) من الغرف المجاورة كانت مؤذية وياليت الإدارة ينبهون الساكنين حتى لايحدث حريق لاقدر الله?
Quiet and great location
They serve coffee and dates at the entrance to the apartments and for this they are thankful ?
Respectful reception staff
Cleanliness is 8/10, where there are hair residues in the bathrooms, and the workers need training
There is no worker to load the bags!
She lacks sanitary ware such as toothbrushes and cleaning sticks
Hygiene items (soap and shampoo) are of poor quality
The rooms need any heating device, whether electric or microwave
The smell of (burning) cooking from the adjacent rooms was harmful, and I wish the management would warn the residents so that there would be no fire, God forbid.
