★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقه ممتازه و سعره ممتاز جدا غرفتين وصاله ب ٢٠٠ ريال فقط و عندك قريب الباسم ومستشفى الحبيب و مطعم الناضج و دانكن وميد.
 The apartment is excellent and the price is very excellent, two rooms and a hall for only 200 riyals. You have a relative of Al-Basem, Al-Habib Hospital, Al-Najeh Restaurant, Dunkin and Med.

النظافة ليست جيدة ورائحة المياة المستعملة في التنظيف مقرفة كونها قديمة
الغرف جيدة ولاكنها صغيرة نسبياً ولكن المكيفات جديدة وممتازة
The bathrooms need to be replaced and taken care of
Hygiene is not good and the water used for cleaning smells disgusting because it is old
The rooms are good, but relatively small, but the air conditioners are new and excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان جيد جدا من حيث الموقع والسعر وتعامل الموظفين ونظافة الغرف وحداثة الاثاث ووجود بانيو اومسبح صغير في الحمام اتكلم عن تجربتي والخاصه بغرفتي
هذا عن الاشياء الجيده اما السلبيه مرتبة السرير متعبه مره عندما تريد القيام ربما تحتاج مساعدة لك من شخص اخر لينه مره
ازعاج طاقم العمال في وقت متأخر بجر عرباتهم لا اعرف هل هم تنظيف ام حمل امتعه لايوجد عزل جيد للنور ربما لان الغرفه على شكل مقوسه

This is about the good, the negative. The mattress is tired, once you want to get up, you may need someone else's help, so soft once
Noisying the staff late by pulling their carts. I don't know if they are cleaning or carrying luggage. There is no good insulation of the light, perhaps because the room is in the shape of an arch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مجدده والاثاث نظيف ولكن ما يشفع ان الباب ما يغلق . وانا نايمه ينفتح الباب اكثر من مره علي. من العمال او شخص اخر وبدون بطاقه ولا ينقفل حتي لما اطلع ما أامن اغراضي داخل غير كذا الباب غير عازل تسمع اصوات الناس الي حولك وتسمع السيارات الي براء.
Renovated and the furniture is clean, but the door does not close. As I sleep, the door opens more than once for me. From the workers or someone else without a card and it doesn’t lock even when I see I don’t secure my things inside other than that. The door is not insulated. You hear the voices of the people around you and you hear the cars that are innocent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة رائعة رغم منظر الشقق من الخارج الذي يوحي بأن المكان سي وغير نظيف لكن عند دخولي للمكان لقيت استقبال رائع من موظف الاستقبال الحجز الختص بي كان عبر بوكينغ تعامل سريع وتسجيل لإجراءات الدخول الغرفة+حمام كانت في نهاية الإسبوع ب180ريال السعر يبدو مرتفع قليلا لكن اعتقد السبب لهذا السعر الاجازة الموقع ممتاز ومتوفر مواقف امام وخلف. يقابله مطعم الناضج. وفي الأسفل فرع ل دانكن دونتس تبدأ صباحك بكوب قهوة رائع لكن للأسف لايوجد توصيل تنزل انت بنفسك وتشترى قهوتك الشقق صغيرة واعتقد انها دور واحد فقط لكن العزل سيء جدا تسمع كل سوالف اللي حولك وهواشاتهم اشكر موظفي الاستقبال بكل فترات دوامهم على التعامل الراقي
A great experience, despite the view of the apartments from the outside, which suggests that the place is bad and unclean, but when I entered the place, I received a wonderful reception from the receptionist. My reservation was via Booking. Fast handling and registration for check-in. The room + bathroom was at the end of the week at 180 riyals. The price seems a little high, but I think the reason For this price, the vacation location is excellent, and parking is available in front and behind. Opposite it is the mature restaurant. And at the bottom is a branch of Dunkin' Donuts. You start your morning with a great cup of coffee, but unfortunately there is no delivery. You go down by yourself and buy your coffee. The apartments are small and I think it's only one floor, but the insulation is very bad. You hear all the sideburns around you and their hobbies. I thank the reception staff at all times of their working hours for the classy dealings

المفارش نظيفه
غرفه فيها دولاب والثانية مافيها
الصاله لا باس
دوره المياه سيئه لابعد حد ممكن تتخيله، سواء من الرائحة او ضيق البانيو او نعال الحمام كرمتو
المطبخ صغير ولا باس فيه مع وجود رائحه بسيطه
ادوات التنظيف والماء المستخدم لا يتم تغييره بين استخدام واخر ( رائحة المطبخ ظهرت بعد طلب تنظيفه والماء اسود لم يتم تغييره )
الممر الرئيسي غير نظيف اقلها تنظيف بسيط كل صباح
ناقص نجمه على النظافه العامه
ناقص نجمتين على دورات المياه
+ نجمه للسعر
+ نجمه للاستقبال
The air conditioners are cool and new (it is preferable to make sure that all the remotes are working)
The bedding is clean
A room with a cupboard and the second without it
The hall is okay
The bathroom is as bad as you can imagine, whether from the smell or the tightness of the bathtub or the bathroom slippers.
The kitchen is small and OK, with a slight smell
Cleaning tools and the water used are not changed between one use and another (the smell of the kitchen appeared after it was requested to be cleaned, and the water was black and had not been changed)
The main corridor is not clean, at least a little cleaning every morning
Minus a star for the cleanliness
Minus two stars for the bathrooms
+ 1 star for the price
+ star for reception

واحد صديقي كان نازل عندهم وما لحقت ازوره وكان ترك لي غرض مع موظف الاستقبال وللأسف رحت له أكثر من مره واليماني اللي بالاستقبال يقول مع السعودي شفت الصباح روحت للسعودي قال سيب رقمك والواقع انهم اخذو الغرض المتروك بالاستقبال وشي واضح وقدام الكامير وللاسف ما في مسؤل عن المكان ترجع له.. حسبي الله عليهم.
واستحاله اي حجز عليهم مره آخر
للعلم بنحجز عليهم اعداد كبيره عمال للشركة من قبل
بس توبه الحجز عليهم ولو مجاني. الامانه منعدمه.
Reception and workers are not safe
One of my friend was staying with them and I didn't catch up to visit him and he left me with an item with the receptionist. Unfortunately, I went to him more than once and the Yemeni man in the reception says with the Saudi I saw the morning. I went to the Saudi, he said, "Let your number go. In fact, they took the item that was left in the reception, and something is clear in front of the camera. Return to him..God suffices them.
And it is impossible to book them again
For the record, we book large numbers of workers for the company before
Bs repentance booking them even for free. The safe is nonexistent.
