Recently I purchased a Samsung galaxy A22 5g from jarir in buraydah ..due to manufacturing defect of camera I reached the store to exchange but the staff turn down my request without hearing the problem from my side..
Dear jarir store please hire sales staffs who have some basic technical knowledge about Electronics and I should mention mr sulaiman the technician assistant or something ..what kind of idiot are you man.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to purchase a screen guard. I located it by my self,took it to the stand where I could pay for it, as well as some 35SAR for its application. The two guys there made me wait for 34 good minutes at the end of which I needed to question the delay only for me to be carelessly told they couldn't find the barcode on their computers.
My pain was why did you leave me unattended for that long,not even a word. Too bad!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Till now Jarir Book store is a sick place that is not willing to activate discount card by phone number. I believe that they are making extra money from people be saying you forgot the discount card so you can not get the discount. Another funny thing happened with me today, I bought a flash memory and the Saudi sales man forced me to pay for it and followed me to the cashier for that. Sick place indeed
