 The worst store in the mobile market and the service is very poor and shameful. I took a new phone from them, and they did not run any programs. I came again. The day I replaced it or returned it. They tell me what is in it.. Ok, work the programs. They tell me that the programmer pays you, and you pay once for a bad transaction, and they write you on the bill. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحة ماعندهم مصداقية خرب عندي جوال صيني مشتريه منهم وعلى ضمان واجي عندهم يقولي مانستقبل نظام تجارة الجديد مانعنا رحح للوكيل اللي هو عصر الجوال مقابل نخيل مول قلتلهم رحتتله وحولوني عليكم يوم دق كود حق جوال قالي صيانته مهب عندنا حنا نستقبل بعض جوالات بس، مهم يوم قلت لراعي محل كلام هذا قالي عندهم المهم وشديت عليهم بالكلام قلت حنا لعبة عندكم تحولون من مكان لمكان والله لابلغ تجارة ويالله بالله استقبله قصة طويلة حسبي الله عليهم، وعاد الشركة واعدني بصيانة ورصوني وتواصل معهم قالولي نبدلك بجديد وتدفع ١٠٠ربال مهم وغيرو كلامهم قالو نرجعلك ففلوسه هههههه وصفت ع ترجيع بعد شهر تقريبا من مماطللات الجوال اسمه بوكو لاحد يقربه وربي ترا تبي تبتتلش ولا له قطع غيار حتى من وكيل نفسه بلش فيه لين رجعلي فلوسه، والشي ثاني المحل هذولا لن يكون تعاملي معهم مرة ثانية ان شالله
