I was in the standard king room on the second floor.
The drain in the bathroom sink was not covered and I could smell the drain whenever I turned the water on. I found stains on the furniture and a hole behind the pillows, on the headboard. Lastly I noticed a crack in the tile on the floor of the room
Definitely needs some improvement as a Best Western Plus Hotel

- home service closes at 6pm they will not clean your room after that
- pillows are very hard and not comforting ( i couldn’t sleep well )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay at best western plus in DOHA (Qatar) , Pordenone (Italy) , Riyad (Saudi).
This is the worst one ever, very unprofessional receptionist , ver bad room service. I have to ask 4 or 5 times just to clean the room or to have breakfast which is very baad too.
really I don't recommend this hotel to any one,,, go to movenpick or to rent any apartment because this hotel is a trash not because of the hotel ,, but because of the employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property needs to be maintained properly, the bathrooms equipment are very old. Water hose exploded while we were sleeping. The receptionist changed our room immediately but the bathroom was the same.
