The Aramex employees in pysical branches are doing a great job , they are fast and customer oriented.?? If you are in a hurry go to a branch and stay away from online services. Aramex online service in terms of arranging shipments pickup , delivery , customer service...etc is really horrible ? They are away too far from other shipping companies when it comes to good service but still you have to accept this low level of service because in terms of prices they are the cheapest till now.

its my 2nd time Experience with Aramex very lazy services ,even i call many time , visited many time but they are not solved issue ,but what is issue i need only my Bank Card, its there responsibility since more then 20 days passed .

Please Beware of using Aramex for sending parcel to perth Australia. I send parcel from KSA to Perth on 12 Jan, 2022 and it is still not received at destination. On their tracking site it, shows that parcel is in transit from Sydney since 18 Jan,2022. Aramex perth office says that they facing delay..so better to use another courier service if sending any parcel to perth from KSA. Aramex is not recommend. They will delay and will not provide any time frame for delivery. Finally, you need to wait and wait only.

Worst experience!!!! Shipment over a month late. No support whatsoever from customer service! Unqualified customer service representees who don’t know what they’re supposed to do or how to assist! Ontop of that terrible attitude!!!! If I can rate this below 1 I would.

Each time I choose Aramex for delivery I got the same experience.. But today is something else. The deliveryman send me this morning that he will deliver my package, then now its 7 pm and called me that he don’t want to deliver it because he is tired he will do it tomorrow!!!

ZERO STARS. Worst service. Staff is not trained to do any service, they enter wrong data. They don't know the difference between Shipper and Receiver. They don't accept self-printed labels from aramex website. Packages are repeatedly lost or returned. ? Customer service doesn't help.

I swear if there is no stars I will chose it. Worst service ever. Almost every time I deal with them I end up frustrated and angry because of the lack of professionalism and decency. They’re always late, they lie, and whenever they’re not bothered to deliver my package they simply send an automated message saying “we were unable to deliver because I WAS NOT AVAILABLE” which is absolutely not true.. I was waiting all day. Anyway I really wish from the bottom of my heart that they get bankrupt and just leave Saudi for good. What a disgrace, ministry of labor should investigate this company.
