★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت متحمس للحديقة الي فوق بس انصدمت ان الشخص الواحد ب 40 و دخلنا شخصين بمبلغ 80 المكان سيئ و الحيوانات ب اقفاصها مافيه الا كلاب صغيرة بس تركض و قطتين صغار مايتفاعلون معاك ولا يلعبون و ببغاء كوكاتو ينحاش من كتفك و يعض و كنت متحمس للكاسكو بس طلع بالقفص و مايطلعونة لك و جايبين كوفي هناك مادري على ايش القهوة الي فيه قهوة عادية بكبسولات و القهوة تدفع عليها بعد المفروض اني دافع 80 اشرب مجانا اول مرة و اخر مرة .??

The place is bad and the animals in their cages are only small dogs but they run and two small cats do not interact with you and do not play and a cockatoo parrot shoves from your shoulder and bites and I was excited for the Casco but it came out In the cage, they don’t go out to you and you bring a coffee there. I don’t know what kind of coffee there is, regular coffee with capsules, and the coffee you pay for, after I’m supposed to pay 80, I drink for free the first time and the last time.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسلوب البيطري جدا جدا سيء في التعامل واضح جدا انه بس همه الفلوس، بس يصرخ على الموظفين امام العملاء، هذا مو اسلوب مهماً كان. و كلما حاولت استفسر يقاطع و يعطي معلومات خاطئة ولا قد سمعت عنها كشخص عنده قطط بالبيت، يظن اني عشان جيت استفسر اني مو فاهمة شيء فعشان كذا يعطي معلومات غير صحيحة، بس عشان ادفع، جيت كم مرة و كل مرة اسلوبه اسوء من قبل اتمنى تراجعون موضوعه الف مرة. ولما قلت له انه جيتكم على حسب قوقل و كنتم مسكرين قام يضارب البيطري مدري ليش؟ وش هذا الاسلوب ؟ باين مو فاهم وش قاعد يسوي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horrible place to bring your pet, I came to get my cat a haircut and the staff were very ignorant and tried to tell me what my cat needed. They do NOT know how to cut hair, they were being very rough and left my cat wet after the shower. I picked him up and his hair was all uneven and they hurt his paw. And on top of that, they cut his whiskers and denied it when I asked them why did they do that. They said it's normal to cut whiskers but it actually hurts the cat and makes them walk into things and become disorientated. I've had my cat for 14 years and I've never heard of someone say this, it is clear they do not know what they are doing and saying. The worst experience I've ever had and I'm never coming here again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never visit this shop again, the attitude of the cashier is worst than animal, he doesn’t respect customer and use a word that really offends customers! If he stays there then no customer would come! There is a pet shop near there that the staff are way better than you guys
