★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this shop. Their tamariya is very delicious and the perfect food to bring to someone’s house or serve to a guest. They aren’t too busy and everything is packaged and presented very well. They serve things other than just tamariya as well if you want to try something new. Parking is always easy to find in front of the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give this place a 0. I would. Where do I start? I was shopping last second for two (honestly unnecessary) plates of individually stuffed dates. Initially, I called and inquired if they had such dates and to which they replied yes! And luckily they didnt have to take 24 hours like the rest of the places, which warranted in my mind the pricey dates they were advertising to me, come the end of the night where my (supposedly ready) dates are ready for me to collect. Except they made me wait 30 minutes after paying, telling me they had to put it in the box, meanwhile I could swear it would take me two seconds to put a date cake in a cake box.. (yes you read that right) APPARENTLY, after they charged me for the “stuffed dates” as stated in the receipt and as we discussed in arabic AND english. It turned out to be a date cake! Completely useless for an event that has more than 4 people as the cake is beyond small sized and it wasn’t even what i ordered and just looked so dull and tasteless its ridiculous. Presentation wise they get a 0. Advertising and promotion wise they get a 0 with this false advertisement of stuffed dates when its a simple blended lazily made date cake! Not individually stuffed like they had me believe! And as it was the end of the night and i had already paid I didnt want to pull out of the deal and be empty handed. Specially since the money doesnt mean anything to me, the service/product does.Overall, The communication barrier, the ignorance to decide to name a date cake “stuffed dates” and the fact that it wasnt even a store named “tamriyah” it was named “bake away” what a lousy and terrible false advertisement experiment. DONT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.
