★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly ive been a customer for since they opened bought a dog from there and all its requirements the store is very clean and all the employees are nice and they r very friendly and good give advice and since ive been a loyal customer they have been helpful and replayed the loyalty back

It's called mini (cat), where dogs are more than cats
1 The customer service was good
2 The smell of the place I was surprised of it was not good ( maybe bad timing ) but many views saying the smell is good, which is not however its not really bad either.
I came to buy birds, but the lack of birds what made me not
I know it's not my place to say this, but
Could you please turn off the music during pray times.
I hope you do better in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abusing to cats when showering them. I don't recommend you bringing you loved pet here. They chained my cats throat with iron chains ! and the poor thing kept running and chocking herself. Abusive. They know nothing about animals just a quick way to get their money.

I've never ever had such an experience with any of the pets shops in Riyadh! ??
I call the team there my pets consultant as they do advise you with no return! ?
My experience started when I was looking for a "Decent" pet hotel to keep my doggys while am travelling and I checked all shops they all were charging an insane amounts where only this place hosted my doggys and not only this, but also asked for their vaccination certificate and checked their hygiene ( ticks) to ensure the safety of other hosted dogs!
They also returned the dog back to showered and you also get a gift ?
Also, I was suffering for 6 months of my pets ticks and tried everything possible and paid more than 10k SAR on shampoos, showering, grooming,medication and vets visits with no use! Till I met Mr.Mohammad who gave me the advise to use the magical pill and since that day I've never seen ticks ever again on my pets ??
To add on top of this,once my dog was so sick and vomiting where I took him to different super fancy and expensive vets and did all tests and scans and his situation was just going worse and worse (was dying) till I called Mr.Mohammad and he simply gave me a 30 SAR solution and my baby dog got better since the second day. What a service !!! ? ??
Whatever I tell here is nth compared to the real service I get from them! Worth to give them a try.

I have been to many fancier places, one of whose grooming service had ruined my cats fur, afterwards using Mini Cat, I can clearly see the quality work they are doing. All the staff are super nice and knowledgeable too. Kudos!!!
