الملاحظه الهامه انه كان أرخص محل تأجير في نفس المجمع.
It's okay .. My experience was normal, there are no negatives or positives

١-المفترض تسليم السياره يوم الجمعه ولم يتم تبلغيني لا من قبل الموظف ولا يوجد شي في العقد وتم حسبت يومين إضافيه .
٢-تواقيت المحل غير صحيحه في الموقع ولا يوجد شئ على زجاج المحل.
٣-الرقم في موقع قوقل ماب غير صحيح
تواصلت مع مدير الفرع ولم يعطي اي حل .
I do not recommend dealing with them at all
1 - The car is supposed to be delivered on Friday, and I was not notified by the employee, there is nothing in the contract, and an additional two days have been calculated.
2- The timing of the shop is incorrect on the site and there is nothing on the glass of the shop.
3- The number in the Google Map website is incorrect
I contacted the branch manager and did not give any solution.

Bad experience .. The staff are not committed to work .. I had to wait in the morning for half an hour and when the car was returned there was no one there for an hour .. The car was free of fuel .. The car was clean and was good for safety ..

Cars are good. Employees are not well trained to represent customer service.
Gave me a car with 20km left in gas and nearest gas station is about 20km.
When returning tge car, the check tge car from below while they don't do the same when giving the car away.
