★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the front desk let me pick up a car even though I've reserved online but under another branch. Didn't run into any problems. You get what you pay. No free upgrades or any selection at all. Just business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because my car was in the Wakalh next to them, i forced my self to rent a car for 8 hours only. So i come to Herts. Staffs are friendly & welcoming in the morning time started with the lady she was so polite with me, then the contract signing with the Indian was fast & smooth, and in the return i met a saudi and he also was good. However, the prices are crazy. A small car like i had rented costed me s.r 125 which i believe is not a fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So slow performance from the female staff. It took her about 24 minutes. Displayed prices are not true. Thier excuse was that the prices were not updated on the display we are working on that.
They told me that I must get a full insurance and I have to have Credit Card to be eligible for renting from them, otherwise, I wont be able to rent.
I am sure it will be my last experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking agent was not cooperative. Drop off procedure was too long and time of contract was not accurate. I had to insist to the agent to correct the information otherwise I would pay for another full day. They asked me to pay additional 5.75 SAR to close the contract for Absher fees, which was not mentioned during the booking time. On the positive side, the car was clean and new.

Even with a booking made online in advance for collection from this branch, and fully paid in advance, they refused to allow me to collect the and kept making up new excuses why I couldn't. I had to travel to Hertz at the airport and there the process was smooth with no drama, proving that there was no problem in reality, just unprofessional and poor service at this particular branch.
