★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service from this branch. There is token service point is available and with that we can talk with the customer executive. They are very gentle and also talk fluently in English.
Saudis working there in front office and one person (i think manager)who came outside and talk with us is so gentle and professional.. i don't see it in other car rental shops in Riyadh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to return the car that I rented, 20 min before pest time, customer service ask to come after prayer time ( I had to wait 40 min to return the car) I do not suggest this place to rent car in Riyadh, I call customer server number she told me it’s normal practice

I hired a car from them late at night when everyone was closed. Had to wait for 30 minutes while a customer argued with the person at the counter. The car was making a a humming sound and the ride was not smooth.
Overall poor experience with them!
