Awful experience, booked car online and paid for one month. The clerk made wrong entry and branch manager said they will fix it. Now after 8 months the error not fixed and they want to charge me for their mistake. Awful experience. P.S Contacted their whatsapp number 10 days ago and yet they are not answering.

had 2 experiences here. both negative. 1st time in January 2020. We came here to pick the car but was told no car (already booked online). they brought us to the Eastern Ring Road branch to finally have one. wasted time and effort. 2nd experience is in September 2020. Booked car online to take it at 1pm (shop opens at 12pm based on Enterprise website), but when we reached, the office is closed. finally we just went to a rental company nearby to get one, for a more reasonable price! very disappointed!

If there was the function to put negative stars, this would be my choice. I booked online and received a confirmation email. When I phoned the branch the next day to see if I could book a collection, I was told that my vehicle was not available. I was offered a vehicle which was two grades below what I ordered. This was unsuitable as there were four people travelling with some luggage. No apology, no offer to try and help, just ignorance and arrogance. I would not use them again.

USELESS ENTERPRISE FRANCHISE - DON'T USE Just where to begin........ I am a Brit, with UK and Dubai driving licences, resident in Dubai but visiting Riyadh on business. I am a member of Enterprise's loyalty scheme. I booked the car on the international website, check the times, which showed the office open until 10pm. I got an Uber to the office but found it dark and closed with no explanation. It was 42 degrees C but I waited outside for 20 minutes until one of the staff sauntered slowly up the street. He had been to prayers - fine, but why not make some mention of this on the door or the website if there are periods of closure in high temperatures? We went in, and he was surprised I had a booking. Then he checked the 'system' and found it. His colleague then came in. Neither particularly friendly, in fact one very sullen. They needed me to help check the details on the booking which were all wrong on their system. 5 times i innserted on their system for them, the correct residential address and they did not save it. They blamed 'the system'. They didn't seem able to understand how somebody with a UK drivers licence could live in the UAE but want to rent a car in Saudi. Didn't want the UK driver's licence and so took the UAE one. Why not ?? They just would not accept a UK driver's licence. I mean, this is Enterprise right ???? Neither spoke much English so it was a really hard session. He asked me the price so I showed him the email as he wasn't sure. He demanded taking photocopies of my credit card, which I am not happy about, even though we did a pin-entry approved card payment. I paid, and we checked the car - Hyundai Accent. Smelling of smoke inside and not really in very good interior condition, but after an hour - as their only customer - I wanted to go. Then during the exterior check, he managed to lock the doors with the key inside and engine running. Another 5 minute delay to find their spare key. Airport return experience was ok - the car rentals are signposted in quite a casual fashion to the basement area of the car park, and once in there you have no clue where Enterprise is so just spend 5 minutes driving around until you find them. They said they would release the 500 SAR 'block' immediately, but the banks delayed it by 2-3 weeks. Right...... Seriously, this is not an Enterprise experience, but some casual, inefficient local franchise company that seeks credibility of a big brand, but in fact doesn't really want to do the inputs for it - like efficient friendly service with clean cars - you know, just the basics....... Don't use them and try AVIS or one of the other big companies which might have some better adherence to the franchise or brand standards than this amateur disaster of a car rental company. It's really just casually, inefficiently, un-interestedly going through the motions. Exceptionally poor experience.

I made a reservation in this branch. I tried to call the branch days before the pickup date to make sure everything will go smoothly when I arrive there but they did not answer any of my calls. When I came there for pickup, the employee is not interested even just on talking to me. The car I reserved was not available, yet he didn't bother to offer options. I asked for options myself, like if they have similar cars available both in the current branch and even in other branches, he didn't even try to contact other branches. It was my first transaction with the company and it was the worst. I ended up going to other car rentals nearby and got a far better treatment I deserved.
