When I returned the car after a day, they kept saying the car had an accident as it has scratches. Highly ridiculous as my iqama and info is with them and they would have been informed by the police if there was an accident.
Very unwilling to listen and asked me to pay 500 extra even though there was no accident or any sort of incident.
Taking advantage just because females are renting!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always make a video while getting the car on rent. Today on returning the car they said you have damaged the lower part of the body. This is not true it was damaged before but they made up this story to cover the discount that they offered on day 1. So beware of these tactics.
