اسوء مكتب اجار دخلته تعامل سيئ جدا جدا
بالإضافة لأسوء السيارات
السيارة الي استاجرتها ريحتها عفن و خربانة و لما رحت ارجعها ما قبلو اني رجعها الا بعد انتهاء مدة العقد
ما انصح احد يستأجر من عندهم ابدا ابدا
و الموظف تعامله من اسوء ما يكون

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أستاجرت منهم سياره ورجعتها شغاله بعد شهر اتصل علي مندوبهم وبلغني السياره مخبطه مكينتها وحطو علي أيقاف خدمات كيف ليش ما أدري كيف مخبطه وانتم مستلمنها شغاله
I rented a car from them and brought it back to work after a month. He called their representative and the car reached me. The car had messed up its machine, and I got to stop services. How do I not know how it was messed up and you received it working

الموظفين ممتازين
لكن سياسات الشركه شي غير طبيعي

The in office service is not great.. but the after sales customer service people are supportive.. most of the time.
I rented from them for several months.. in about ~ 9 months I had 4 incidents.. and in 3 out of 4 they came through.
1. Accident.. someone rammed my car on a red light, they provided information quickly and changed the car after the guy paid a sum of money.
2. my car needed some maintenance work.. instead of providing a replacement car.. they provided a mechanic address and wasted my day!
3. found my car battery was dead in the morning.. they replaced it at no cost.. but it took most of the day for them to reach me.
4. Lost my key.. they provided a spare the 2nd day.. found the lost key eventually so didn't end up having to pay anything.. but I think they were going to charge me 700 SAR for a lost key.
