★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited too long to speak to the service adviser. Didn't seem that they have a system going. Always should take an appointment or you will have to wait forever especially if you are not Saudi!! But the service adviser was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Ford Explorer 2020 and there was a small recall for which I got a call from Ford's call center to book an appointment. When I reached the location, I was shocked that the spare part was not available yet call center was allocating appointments to the customer. However, my service advisor Navshad Sheikh really helped me alot and supported me out of the way to get the car fixed within 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People at parts shop do not know even the basics. Supposedly they are the vendors so they should know how much the oil, the coolant is needed in a Ford vehicle but he was asking me the same. They simply don't want to check their documentation. The overall attitude of employees there is not friendly.
