★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them was bad. This branch is new, so you don't even have to book an appointment, like the other branches. However, people working there are extremely careless. They took my car and never called me to pick it up, nor did they tell me when it was going to be ready. Make sure that you take their number and "chase" them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor repair and maintenance services. They lack a management system for their workshop, consequently, the technician and clerk don't bother to respond to customer queries. Moreover, the diagnosis they made for my vehicle was entirely wrong. They estimated cost of SAR 5500 for my car repair that was fixed in only SAR 250 at northern workshop. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
