★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a shame how they treat the customers. I leased a Ford Explorer. Every time they pick the car for a repair, it comes back without solving the problmes. My car was sent 4 times with the same problem, there was no action done. It takes one month to answer an email, and finally they refuse to give the contracted service as per their policy. Highly NOT recommended.
