★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional system. I went to buy some parts for my vehicle with bill of 5000+ rials, they wouldn’t let me go without paying them at the moment and then when I returned some of the parts back and asking the rest of my money they never respond to me till now!! Weird

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and all, but you need to take an appointment in order to be served on time, they take their time with the maintenance,
If you are in a hurry check "Quick Lane" for oil change and such, they work with Ford, but they are less crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointments not accurate... They take the car and leave it parked for many hours. Service is slow. Staff seams to be working overload.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have an appointment you'll be waiting for long time, and there is no transparency during and after finishing the maintenance, no one will clarify to you what was done, and it is very crowded and no proper parking space is available.
But the employees are very nice, plus there is a free coffee machine and free WIFI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Navashad is very friendly and easy to talk to. Explained all the maintenance for my Ford Edge that was done. Took care of a safety recall as well. Car was returned cleaned inside and out. Come early in the day as the service is very quick
