★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Delayed work with very poor communication. Staff non cooperative. Supervisor has no clear plan. I brought my bmw for small problem , charged me 2500 SR. and yet the problem not solved ! They are fixing what computer showing without thinking or experience
I will never come back to them. I gave them one star only for being near to my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to them as I had a check engine light displayed. They tried to fix this issue and did not. They also said I needed to replace the front shocks. They charged 1,200 for labour. The car is in the same condition or worse than when I gave it to them. Avoid using them as they are expensive and not competent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cooperative team especially Shahab uddin an Indian guy. They charge you 300 including 15% vat for electrical and mechanical checkup of car. They do a good comprehensive checkup which will take 2.5-3 hours. The process follows as below.
1. Electrical test includes gear box and engine through electronic tablet.
2. Laser sensor to check paint density of the car. If it varies from 4.0 to 4.6 which means paint is original. For painted area, reading will come 9.5-9.6 on the device. This device is used on car body only excluding bumpers and plastic parts of the body.
3. For mechanical checkup, they will park your car on hydraulic stand then it will be checked thoroughly from down which includes shocks, body suspension, differential boxes, rubber boots on ball joint and key locations in car at dowside.
