This is my first visit for United Motors in Riyadh and i thought it might be a different experience than the bad one i had in Jeddah but overall it seems that they Compete racing to the bottom .
I had a leak in the Radiator and i asked specifically to check and fix it beside the periodical maintenance but instead after leaving the car at the shop for than 5 hours i found out that they have done nothing other than doing the regular stuff for periodical maintenance and when i asked about the Radiator they did nothing but instead the guy prepared a list of unnecessary stuff that i have to do which cost around 20,000 SAR starting with Remote Battery and Ending with Battery ( even thou the Battery check marked as Pass ) .
So i believe for United Motors it is more important for them to create problems in your car other than fixing the actual issues trying to impress you with the service in a stupid way .
Eventually i fixed the Radiator at Khaleej Senaya and it didn’t cost me more than 1000 SAR after leaving United Shop to control the damage in Radiator and not to impact the Motor .
I promised the guy not to visit United Motor shops ever for anything at all as there are plenty of good and cheap options and i do recommend the same for other owners !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience this time. Given my car for a 60 points checkup. They said it will take 3 days but I never got any response about my car for even after 5 days. I went there personally and took my car back as nobody was responding over calls. Also the customer care had no idea about my car.
