★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok that was an interesting experience to get the car serviced !! The process was fairly simple, but its the usual 'Lost in Translation' for us non-Arabic speakers.
Once your car is in the workshop, no one has a clue how long it will take or if its ready. So the advice is constantly bug the person who initially registers you; every 15 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. They did a test drive at my request as I felt I could hear unusual noises when I was driving the car. The technician who drove the car knew his stuff and told me the sounds were normal and that other customers came asking similar things as the car was a new model.
Anyway, I'm happy with the service I got ... I'm now waiting for them to do a 5km service, which was quite reasonably priced actually because I thought it would be much more.
