We went there from 100 kilo meters for drinking coffee ????.
Staff is not cooperative ( specially reciptionist ).
They have to change their rules.
Becoz we took our appointment perfectly even though they didnt accepted us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend dealing with Toyota in KSA, they have the worst customer experience you can imagine.
I honestly regret dealing with them, their sales team is just awful, their process and system got alot of issues. They tried to sell me a damaged car, they have been coming up with excuses for 2 weeks after i fully paid for the car and i still don't know when I will be able to pick it up.
Their prices are very expensive, the cars they get have most of the options removed to increase their profit, did I mention that they are overpriced?
