★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place, I find this place on a different level. Staff are so welcoming. They greet you by calling your name which makes you feel part of the place. Trainers are super and well knowledgeable. They motivate you and push you but don’t break you. The consistency in the programs they provide is constant even when there will be one or two participants. The music is uplifting and always changing. The cleanliness of the place and hygiene is of top level. Caring for the environment is on their agenda and they show it. Pricing is not cheap but sometimes they drop promotions that could compensate.I love their boxing sessions specially when you have a tough time at work :) Totally recommended

Reshape is a killer mix of Cardio and HIIT.
Reflex is an intense HIIT circuit.
The salted caramel Macca is bomb!
