โ โ โ โ โ This Zara is in a super convenient location. There's a P&B, H&M and Lumar Works in the same outdoor mall. I've come here twice once looking for a suede bag I saw online and the other for a I saw online. Staff are friendly and smiling faces.

If you are skinny your options are very limited, small size is huge am not sure why!
Sometimes displayed collections may not be attractive at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer service. Tailor advise to modify your clothes with near by tailor. If he modify then quality will not be same as before. Other staff support this. If you have to modify they will ask you it is sale then accordingly they will tell you how much time is required to modify it.
Tailor and store manager is not available in store in morning, so not go in morning.

โ โ โ โ โ My personal favorite clothing store. Zara has very versatile pieces. Some are very flashy suitable for a night time party, and some are very elegant suitable for a wedding. They also have funky t shirts and stylish winter wear. To add up, they have assortments of perfumes among other accessories you might be looking for.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service. I bought a blazer and trouser from this store last Friday in sale and I went to exchange it with a different size. The cashier did not accept to the absense of price tag on the blazer however the bar code was there. On checking the photos taken inside the store, it turned out price tag was not there at time of cash billing. I showed proof to the cashier but he didn't respond back positively. Upon asking the number of manager or If he can call him to confirm the decesion, he denied to provide any help or contact number. I had to leave the store disappointed. If price tag was really important, why did the other Zara store process exchange by scanning the barcode and without even asking for price tag.
I recommend to not shop from this store. There are plenty of other stores to shop from.
