حطيت النجمة عشان اكتب تجربتي ولا مايستاهلون ربعها أسوأ تجربة خياطة حسبي الله عليهم الثوب لو ماخذه جاهز ابرك مفصل قبل العيد بأسبوع والى الان ما استلمته والموظف في الفرع يقول حقين الخياطة مو موجودين ما اقدر اسلمك الثوب تواصل مع خدمة العملاء !!!! نصيحة لا تفكر تتعامل معهم

اسوء محل يمر عليك يبيع اقمشه .. ما انصح ابداً في التعامل معاهم .. اشتريت قماش منهم و الخياط غلط في القلاب و طلبت منهم نص متر و رفضوا المحل يقول كلم الاداره . و الاداره يقولون كلم المحل و خرب الثوب علي بسبب النص متر اللي رفضوا يتعاونون معاي فيه .. و طلعت ل المحل ب اشتري قماش ثاني و وصلت المحل الساعه 10:54المساء و يقول الموظف المحاسب قفلنا ( ويتكلم بنفس شينه معطيني كتفه ويلف راسه ويتكلم معاي ) . و هو في قوقل يقفلون الساعه 11 وطلع المشوار على الفاضي .. والله اكبر غلط عملته اني تعاملت معاهم .

They refused to cooperate with me in it.. and I went to the shop to buy a second cloth and arrived at the shop at 10:54 in the evening, and the accountant says we locked it (and he speaks the same thing, giving me his shoulder, wrapping his head and talking to me) . And he's in Google, they close at 11, and the ride came to the empty.. By God, the biggest mistake I made was that I dealt with them.

مع الاسف قسم الخياطة عندهم يغرونك الى ان تتورط معهم…ثم تبدأ رحلة المماطلة بالتسليم.. وهم محل الخياطة الوحيد اللي مايعطيك موعد للاستلام مطبوع وموثق مثل محلات الخياطة المعروفة… يقولون لك بعد اسبوع ثم تبدأ رحلة المماطلات…المبيعات ترميها على الخياطين والخياطين يرمونها على المصنع… فحسبنا الله …. اليوم إستلمت الثياب والحق يقال .. انه شي فخم التغليف والخياطة واعطيها خمس نجوم ويبقى فقط ايجاد حل لمواعيد التسليم كان موعد التسليم اسبوع استلمتها بعد ١٤ يوم

من افشل ما رأيت في التعامل وتجربه سيئه في تفصيل الثياب عندهم فوق ان طلبي جلس اكثر من 17 يوم وفالاخير وصلني طويل مره بزياده واتصلت على الدعم الفني اقدم شكوى وزاد الطين بله يقول جيبه انت للفرع المفترض خطأكم وتتحملونه وترسلون مندوب ياخذه والفرع بعيد جدا عني وقال بيعدلونه لي وبياخذ التعديل وقت من ثلاثه الى خمسه ايام من غير تاخيرهم السابق 17 يوم ماقول غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

تجربه سيئه بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه من معنى الثوب الأول للوالد رجعت اكثر من ٣ مرات بطلب منهم انا اول مره اشوف خياط يفقد المقاسات للعميل ٣ مرات اما الثوب الثاني حدث ولا حرج مرتين تعديل ويرجعه لك معدل جزء والباقي ما عدله طبعا خدمة العملاء مع احترامي الشديد لهم خذ منهم كلام معسول ومواعيد لكن للأسف مواعيدهم اضرب بها عرض الحائط لايتنفذ منهم شيئ. والعذر الدائم زحمه نصيحه محب الاداره اللتي تريد المحافظه على سمعتها تستقبل زبائن على قدر استطاعتها وليس فوق استطاعتها ثم تتعذر بالزحمه هذا سوء اداره وفقدان للزبائن و المصداقيه تحياتي
