if you want ppl to ask you about your thob maker? Then the answer is Lomar.. the quality justify the price.. the unique texture make it very exclusive every time you order thob.. delivery time are not accurate, I highly recommend to spare five days to one week on top of the expected delivery date specially if you have an anniversary or occasion..
During my recent experience, I faced a delay in collecting my order.. i suggest Lomar to improve customer relations to meet Lomar brand as it deserve..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not very helpful in clarifying what they do and do not provide. I had came in and the costumer services representative was very ignorant and arrogant. Took measurements and made me pay. Afterwards I asked if I can customize and the answer was no!! Reason was we do not customize outside fabric?? I asked for my money back and all the sudden they allowed little modifications but I was not satisfied.
FYI the price I was given was different than the next customer!!!
