اوصل المندوب شحنتي الى الورشة بحكم انها قطع غيار
في 17/4/2021 . وطلب مبلغ زيادة غير المتفق عليه.
وهذا مخالف للنظام ( موجود في موقعهم الاكتروني _ وثيقة قواعد حماية حقوق مستفيدي الخدمات البريدية)
او الدخول لموقع هيئة الاتصالات و تقنية المعلومات.
المهم . المندوب رجع الشحنة للفرع في السلي ومن ذاك
اليوم وانا مراسلات واتصالات لكن خدمة العملاء للاسف .
ارسلت ايميل و كررت لكن للاسف .تواصلت بتغريدات بتويتر كلها رسائل اعتذار و بنتابع طلبك.
وفي النظام مذكور يزود المستفيد برقم لشكواه و المدة المتوقعة لمعالجتها عبر رسالة SMS....الخ،
وفي النظام كذلك ( الا تتجاوز مدة معالجة الشكوى اكثر من 10 ايام من تاريخ تقديم الشكوى ). وانا من 17 ابريل
الى 30 ابريل . جالس انتظر .
طبعا هيئة الإتصالات و تقنية المعلومات لابد من يرفع الشكوى لهم المرسل وليس مستقبل الشحنة. زي حالاتي.
لاحول ولاقوة الا بالله.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوء تجربه مع شركة شحن للاسف ... يقولوا انها بسبب رمضان فيه زحمه الطلب كان مفروض يسلمه الشخص لي لكني كنت خارج البيت و قلتله بعد الافطار ولا اتصل. انتظرت بعد رمضان أسبوع ولا حس ولا خبر. كلمت الرقم الموحد حقهم و ٣ مرات على ٣ ايام وعدوني الموظفين انه خلال ٢٤ ساعه سيتم الاتصال ولا حصل حاجه للاسف ... في النهايه اضطريت انا اروح أضرب مشاورين لحتى لقيت المستودع و أخذ الشحنه بنفسي؛ مع العلم اني دافع حق الشحنه و وضع الشحنه كان سيء جدا ... و بعد دا كله حتى أسف ما كانت حتطلع من فمهم الا بعد ما اتكلمت و قلت انه هذي أسوء خدمه.

I called the unified number for their rights and 3 times over 3 days, and the staff promised me that within 24 hours a call would be made, and there was no need, unfortunately... In the end, I had to go and strike consultants until I found the warehouse and took the shipment myself; Knowing that I defended the right of the shipment and the condition of the shipment was very bad... And after all of this, I regret that it did not come out of their mouth until after I spoke and said that this was the worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جربت زاجل بشحن تمر من الدمام وطلبت توصيل ودفعت٦٠﷼ الصراحة بحياتي ماقد تعاملت مع شركة شحن اسوأ من زاجل! رفعوا ظغطي حسبي الله عليهم الشحنه اخذت ٨ ايام عشان يوصلونها لي مع العلم انهم وصلوها لي بعد وصولها للرياض باكثر من ٣ ايام
خدمة عملاء سيئة ماعندهم صلاحيات تدق عليهم عشان تسمع كلام سمعته اكثر من مرة ويقولون بنرجع نتواصل معك ولايتواصلون يعني خدمة العملاء مامنها فايدة.
حتى المناديب ماعندهم التزام كلموني اثنين بيوصلونها ولا وصلوها اخر مندوب وهو ثالث واحد كلمني ووصلها لي زي ماوعدني، وهذي شحنتي جت مفكوكة والتمر مكبوب لكن الحمدلله جت سليمة.
ماانصح ابدا بالتعامل مع زاجل.
حاولت استلم الشحنة من قسم التوصيل بواسطة مندوبي الخاص لكن رجل الامن قال الموظفين كلهم طلعوا ورفض يتعاون معنا.
I tried Zajel by shipping dates from Dammam, and I requested delivery and paid 60﷼, frankly, in my life I have never dealt with a shipping company worse than Zajil! They raised my pressure. God suffices for them. The shipment took 8 days to deliver it to me, knowing that they delivered it to me more than 3 days after its arrival in Riyadh.
Bad customer service, they do not have the authority to knock on them so that you hear what they have heard more than once, and they say we will contact you back and they do not contact you, meaning customer service is of no use.
Even the delegates do not have an obligation. They called me two to deliver it, and they did not deliver it. The last representative, the third one, called me and delivered it to me as he promised me, and this is my shipment that came loose and the dates were broken, but thank God it came intact.
I never advise dealing with Zajil.
I tried to receive the shipment from the delivery department through my own representative, but the security man said all the employees came out and refused to cooperate with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery company ever, 20 days my shipment is not yet delivered, took a 30 minutes trip to this location just for them to tell me they will not deliver it to me as they need to get it out of 10,000 items, I called them several times, they called me twice to confirm my location. Poor customer service and bad attitude, I am going to MCI and CITC.
