★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place ever. Went to pick up a shipment, took me 50 minutes to get it. The service is so bad and slow. Only 2 cashiers with more than 100 person at the same time. Imagine standing in line of 50+ people just to receive a shipment that you paid for. Some people say because it's cheaper than any other company. But providing a cheap service doesn't mean bad service and absolutely no respect for the clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and the customer care doesn’t know where my 4 shipments are. They do not know who their manager is or know his name, phone number or email address. This logistic company is a SCAM! If I can give it a minus 5 star I will. Really disappointed.

I made the mistake of having someone send me a package via this service and when I went to pick it up, I immediately regretted it: bad ventilation, long queues with one employee only at his desk (out of 5 stations), disgusting walls and floor... the whole thing felt like hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No details of when the place is open or close, the other side where they give the shipments, they say the don’t know when it’ll be open, needless to say, it’s pointless waiting for certain period of time in order to just collect a shipment. And when asked to deliver, the websites show an error. Waste of time to wait. Not even updated on the map about the timings.
