★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend their online service. It took them over 15 days to deliver a table. I called their customer service to complain and told me that delivery department will contact me ofcourse no one called. I had to call again and this time they asked me to contact their delivery department to arrange for a delivery date!!
It’s unacceptable for an international brand to be so unorganized. Btw this was not the first incident with their online service .

Short of stuff
No one to help you to see the right Price
You will suffer till you get the right price; you need to go to the cashier every time ans stand in the queue to know the price
Unfortunately marvelous product and too bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For store like West elm, you expect to have someone to help you. I visited the store to get tencel bedding. I was lost trying to find matching bedsheet, and shams. The service was poor and I left. I then visited the Red sea Mall branch and the service was better. Must train their employees to help the customers.
